Help with verification

If your age verification couldn't be completed after multiple attempts, our team can help.

What to try next

• Use a different government-issued photo ID: driver's license, passport, or state ID card.
• Make sure the photo is well-lit and shows all four corners of the ID.
• Hold the camera steady and avoid glare.
